2/3 cup spinach
1 tsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp honey,* more to taste
This is a smoothie**
*If you're one of those vegans, swap out the honey for agave nectar or maple syrup like you've done for a thousand other recipes.
**Instructions should be so obvious as to not be needed.
