1 (9 inch) gluten-free graham cracker pie crust
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tsp lemon extract
2 eggs
8 oz. yogurt or sour cream
How
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Beat cream cheese and sugar in a bowl
Mix in all other ingredients
Pour mixture into pie crust
Bake for 50 minutes
Let cool to room temperature
Chill for 4 hours then serve
