Meatloaf is the single healthiest thing I've ever cooked in a bread pan!

1/2 cup sliced onion
2 tbsp butter
6 tbsp ketchup, divided
1/2 cup breadcrumbs*
1/4 cup parsley
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pound ground beef
Preheat oven to 350F
Saute onions in butter until caramelized.
In a mixing bowl, mix sauteed onions, 3 tbsp ketchup, and all remaining ingredients together.
Add mixture to greased 8" bread pan, top with remaining ketchup.
Bake until done.**
*Sub out for oatmeal, potato flakes, or any other somewhat starchy binder as desired.
**blah blah blah, USDA standards 160F, takes about 35 minutes. Better listen to Uncle Sam. blah blah blah
