No-Bake Granola Snacks
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup almond butter
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup puffed rice cereal*
1/2 cup dried fruit
Toast rolled oats in a pan over medium heat until fragrant.
Melt honey and almond butter, stir until smooth.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
Pour honey & almond butter mixture over other ingredients, mix thoroughly.
When mixture is cool to the touch, form into balls or bars and refrigerate.
*replace with an additional cup of rolled oats, if desired.
