No-Bake Granola Snacks

What

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1/3 cup almond butter

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup puffed rice cereal*

  • 1/2 cup dried fruit

How

  1. Toast rolled oats in a pan over medium heat until fragrant.

  2. Melt honey and almond butter, stir until smooth.

  3. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Pour honey & almond butter mixture over other ingredients, mix thoroughly.

  5. When mixture is cool to the touch, form into balls or bars and refrigerate.


*replace with an additional cup of rolled oats, if desired.
